Heard Counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

2. Petitioner in this Writ Petition has questioned the proceedings dt.06.10.2015 of the 2nd respondent suspending her Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization.

3. Petitioner contends that in the proceedings under Section 6A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 the Joint Collector, SPSR Nellore District has passed order dt.04.12.2015 taking a lenient view and directed confiscation of only 25% of the stock seized in favour of the Government. He also sought to contend that there is no substance in charges 1 to 3 leveled against the petitioner.

4. Admittedly the impugned proceeding is a show cause notice issued on 06.10.2015 and the petitioner has filed her explanation thereto on 09.11.2015.

5. In this view of the matter, I am of the opinion that the interest of justice would be met if the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry under A.P. State Public Distribution System(Control) Order 2008 by 15.02.2016 after complying with the principles of natural justice and giving a personal hearing to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
