Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. In that view of the matter, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
