THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24317 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that the fifth respondent had established a wine shop at Sarapaka Village instead of Koyagudem Village, Bhurgampahad Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, as such, she submitted a complaint to the fourth respondent - Circle-Inspector, Prohibition and Excise, Bhadrachalam, on 01.11.2019, to take action against the fifth respondent. In the circumstances, she prays for issuance of necessary directions to the respondent authorities. It is the case of the petitioner that as per the provisions of the Telangana Excise (Grant of License of Selling by Shop and Conditions of License) Rules, 2012 and Panchayats Extension to Scheduled Areas Rules, 2011, Koyagudem Village Grama Sabha was conducted and a resolution was passed for establishment of wine shop at Koyagudem Village.

In those circumstances, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 01.11.2019 and pass necessary orders and communicate the same to the petitioner.
