HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.34156 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he worked as Forest Section Officer and retired from service on 18-02-2017. Though there are no proceedings pending against the petitioner and rendered 22 years of unblemished service, the respondents are not releasing the pensionary benefits of the petitioner. As such, the petitioner made a representation on 23-06-2017. Basing on the same, the Conservator of Forests, Khammam Circle, Khammam addressed a letter to the 2nd respondent for taking action on the same. But as on today, neither pension nor anticipatory pension paid to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

It is to be seen that already Conservator of Forests addressed a letter to the 2nd respondent and it is not known why the 2nd respondent has not taken action on the same. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to take appropriate action for release of pension to the petitioner in accordance with rules and if for any reason, the same is delayed the 2nd respondent is directed to take action atleast for release of anticipatory pension immediately in accordance with rules. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
