HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5626 of 2015 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed I.A.No.391 of 2014 in O.S.No.187 of 2014 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Pathikonda for temporary injunction pending main suit. After filing counter in I.A. and the written statement in the suit by the respondent, the matter is being taken up from 14-07-2015 for trial and without taking up the matter, it is adjourned from time to time and again on 03-12-2015, it is adjourned to 19-12-2015 Aggrieved by the same, the present CRP is filed.

A perusal of the docket goes to show that the matter is being adjourned simply from time to time without any progress. In view of the facts and circumstances above, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.391 of 2014 in O.S.No.187 of 2014 in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
