ORDER
This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a crime on the complaint filed by petitioner dated 15.02.2016 against respondents 4 and 5.

The main grievance of petitioner is that though he lodged a complaint on 15.02.2016 against respondents 4 and 5 for cheating, the Station House Officer, Mydukur Police Station, Kadapa District, 3rd respondent herein, is not registering the crime till today. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to register the crime against respondents 4 and 5 if the complaint lodged by petitioner dated 15.02.2016 discloses any cognizable offence, investigate into the same and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent, he is at liberty to approach the superior officer of 3rd respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking the provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.
