HCJ & Dr.SA, J C.M.A.No.997 of 2008 Dt: 25.06.2019 Judgment: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 28.09.2007, in Arb.O.P.No.2265 of 2002, on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

By order dated 15.03.2019, this Court had made it amply clear that in case the learned counsel for the appellant is not present on the next date of hearing, this appeal shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant is not present before this Court. Therefore, the present appeal is, hereby, dismissed for non-prosecution.
