THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.29149 of 2012 ORDER:

The writ petition was filed on 14.09.2012. Petitioners complain against the inaction in disposing of representation dated 28.04.2008.

2. Counsel for petitioners submits that as the writ petition could not be taken up and heard, the circumstances have changed and liberty may be given to petitioners to make representation, if so advised, in accordance with the extant Government orders. The writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty as requested. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
