HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7061 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A4, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.591 of 2017 on the file of the S.H.O., Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 342 and 323 r/w 34 IPC.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State.

During the course of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State submits that by virtue of the orders of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pet Basheerabad Division, Cyberabad, dated 31.10.2019, Cr.No.591 of 2017, which is pending against the present petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 342 and 323 r/w 34 IPC has been closed due to lack of evidence and final report has been submitted before the concerned Court and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

4. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
