This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.173 of 2016 of Siddipet II Town Police Station, Medak District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 27.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siddipet, and C.C.No.492 of 2017 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
