When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side have submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23524 of 2000, dated 21.12.2017, and contended that the present writ petition also be dismissed.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order, dated 21.12.2017, in W.P.No.23524 of 2000, this writ petition is also dismissed. No costs.
