THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.24383 OF 2019

O R D E R

Perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition goes to show that petitioners without making necessary application to the 4th respondent - Mandal Revenue Officer, ventilating their grievance, straightaway filed the present writ petition, seeking for a direction to the said authority to update their names in the on-line web portal in respect of the subject land.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to make necessary application to the 4th respondent in respect of their grievance, and on receipt of such application, the said respondent, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and other effected parties, if any, shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
