THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.21136 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr. Naseem Ara for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner complains that appeal No.15372/CIC/2017 dated 18.04.2018 is not disposed of by the first respondent. I have perused the record and prima facie of the view that the writ petitioner ought to have waited for reasonable time and thereafter complain inaction in disposing of the appeal. Be that as it may, this Court has no reason to doubt that the first respondent disposes of the appeal expeditiously and liberty is given to petitioner to make a request for early disposal by enclosing a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
