SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.30170 of 2010 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) It is fairly stated by the learned counsel appearing on both sides that the matter is covered by the decision rendered by this Court in W.P.No.28449 of 2009 following the earlier judgment of this Court in W.P.No.12141 of 2010. A copy of the order dated 28.07.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28449 of 2009 is placed on record. In terms of the afore-stated order and for reasons alike as were mentioned therein, this writ petition is disposed of directing that the order passed by the Tribunal shall be acted upon expeditiously after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. Interim suspension dated 03.12.2010 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
