THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11740 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Cr.No.156 of 2015 on the file of CCS, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that by order dated 07.10.2015 this Court disposed of Criminal Petition No.9434 of 2015 filed by the 3rd accused in the above crime giving liberty to the petitioner therein to surrender before the learned Magistrate and move for regular bail and in such event, the learned Magistrate shall grant bail with necessary conditions on the same day.

3 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.9434 of 2015, this petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner / A.1 to surrender before the trial Court and move an application for his regular bail. In such an event, it is for the trial Court to pass orders on the bail application in accordance with law on the same day, taking into consideration the orders passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.9434 of 2015, dated 07.10.2015. Miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
