THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.10467 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was arrested on 20.07.2016 and the Criminal Petition has become infructuous as the cause in the Criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
