THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8714 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused in Crime.No.1203 of 2023 on the file of Meerpet Police Station, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 353 and 290 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner and another went to the Police station and there was a quarrel in between two women. The complainant who is the woman Head Constable tried to pacify them. However, they went out and this petitioner came back hiding one acid plastic bottle and tried to pour on the

complainant with an intention to kill her and obstructed her legitimate duties.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since petitioner was protesting in the Police Station that Police are not taking action, a false complaint was registered against this petitioner. 5.

On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are no serious injuries received by the complainant.

Keeping in view that this petitioner being a woman is in jail since 18.08.2023 and no serious injuries are received by the complainant, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner subject to following conditions:

i) The petitioner/Accused shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Rachakonda, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

ii) The petitioner/Accused after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

iii) The petitioner/Accused shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
