THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.16905 of 2012 ORDER:

Having regard to the nature of writ prayer and the necessity to adduce evidence in assertion of alleged violation of right, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue remedy in an appropriately instituted suit/proceeding. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
