THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. CHANDRAIAH AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 31044 of 2015 ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) The petitioner is a Government of India Undertaking. As against the original assessment order dated 29.11.2014, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent and the same is pending. As a matter of fact, the appeal was heard on 13.08.2015, but the orders are yet to be pronounced. Meanwhile, the stay application filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent, seeking stay of collection of disputed tax, came to be rejected by order dated 29.07.2015. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Considering the fact that the appeal has already been heard by the 2nd respondent but orders are not yet pronounced, there shall be stay of collection of disputed tax, till such time the 2nd respondent passes orders in the appeal.
