HON'BLE Smt. JUSTICE ANIS Criminal Petition No.14164 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner, under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking quashing of investigation in Crime No.7 of 2015 of C.I.D. Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with Section 120(B) I.P.C. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that petitioner is not an employee of Agri Gold Estate Limited and further he is innocent and not committed any offence and there are no specific allegations against the petitioner.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the Criminal Petition contending that, since the investigation is still going on, the question of quashing investigation does not arise. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with investigation. However, the Station House Officer, C.I.D., Hyderabad is hereby directed not to arrest the petitioner in connection with Crime No.7 of 2015 till completion of investigation or filing of charge sheet or final report.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
