The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.641 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
