O R D E R

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.278/2015 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge (Fast Track), Rajampet, YSR Kadapa District, registered against the petitioners/accused 2 to 7 for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 307, 507, 506 and 498-A read with 34 IPC and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. A perusal of the material on record reveals that specific allegations were made against the petitioners. The truth or otherwise of the allegations can only be decided during course of trial. I see no ground to interdict at this stage and quash the proceedings.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and as requested by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the criminal petition is disposed of, directing the trial court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without insisting the presence of the petitioners /accused 2 to 7, unless required for any specific purpose.
