The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.4 in not investigating into Crime No.19 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 IPC on the file of Shivampet Police Station, on 19.02.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 12.11.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the aforestated case was registered and during the course of investigation, L.Ws.1 to 4 were examined and their statements were recorded. Thereafter, a notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued to accused Nos.2 to 6 on 19.05.2018 and accused No.1 was absconding. He would further submit that investigation in the matter was completed and a charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsapur, on 10.10.2019, showing that accused No.1 is absconding. 4.

Inasmuch as the fourth respondent has already acted on the complaint and also filed a charge sheet before the Court concerned, if the petitioner has any grievance in relation to the final report, it is open for him to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
