This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing lhe Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B. Ramulu, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Assistant Public Prosecutor (TG) on behalf of the Respondent No.'1 and none appeared for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following: ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6888 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2, in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. 14 I of 2022 on the file of Dornakal (MBBD) Police Station, Mahabubabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 42O,468 and 471 IPC. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State.

Since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioners is up to seven years, without going into merits of the matter, respondent - Police are directed to scrupulously follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and the guidelines formulated by the Hon'bte Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar a. Sto,te o;f Bihcrt. It is needless to say, any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously.
