THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24272 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioners' grievance is that the third respondent is making construction without any permission as such they submitted complaints dated 22.10.2019 and 28.10.2019 to the second respondent - Commissioner, Ameenpur Municipality, Ameenpur, Sangareddy District, however, no action is being taken thereon.

Learned Standing Counsel for Ameenpur Municipality appearing for the second respondent submits that pursuant to the complaints of the petitioners and others, a notice dated 30.10.2019 was issued to the third respondent. Considering the fact that the second respondent has already acted upon the complaints of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the second respondent to proceed with further pursuant to the issuance of notice dated 30.10.2019 and take necessary action in accordance with law.
