HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21163 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Tata Singaiah Goud for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " ...... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in trying to dispossess the petitioners house site i.e., Plot No.41 admeasuring 35 Sq. yards of 1st Petitioner and Plot No 19 of 2nd petitioner respectively situated in Sy.No.20 Chinaravuru Village, Chandrababu Naidu Colony, Tenali, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of the provisions of Revenue Board Standing Orders and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to dispossess the petitioners from their respective plots....." . I have perused the record. This Court is of the view that the ends of justice would be met the petitioners if are given liberty to file representation before the 3rd respondent.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioners are given liberty to file representation before 3rd respondent along with necessary documents in support of their claim by enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks from today.

(b) On receiving the representation, the 3rd respondent conducts enquiry and passes orders within two months thereafter.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
