THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24249 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, it is the assertion of the petitioners that they have undertaken the work of levelling of ground and no sub-division of plots is taken up and they have not violated the Layout Rules, 1970 and the Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965. In those circumstances, considering the nature of relief sought by the petitioners, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject land without following due process of law.

Subject to the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
