THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO Writ Petition No.12701 of 2015 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for brevity, 'the Tribunal') was pleased to allow O.A.No.901 of filed by the respondents vide orders dated 11.02.2014, in terms of the orders passed in O.A.No.8337 of 2010 and batch, dated 19.12.2012.

A perusal of record discloses that O.A.No.8337 of 2010 and batch were disposed of by the Tribunal, vide orders dated 19.12.2012, by taking into consideration the admission made by the 7th respondent, therein that the claims of the applicants are correct and accordingly the said O.As were disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to give instructions to the concerned District Educational officer to release the benefits of PRC 1999 by taking into consideration the pay of the applicants at Rs.2075/- in 1993 PRC and release monitory benefits, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that when the O.As were disposed of basing on the admission made by the respondents therein, that the applicants are entitled for their claim, the question of again filing of writ petition would not arise. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the orders passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.901of 2014, dated 11.02.2014.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 4.
