RAJANI C.M.A. No. 971 of 2006 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned counsel for both the parties have jointly stated that the appellant and the respondent are living together and they are blessed with two children, thus, the issued raised in this appeal does not survive any longer, as such, the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
