After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 22.03.2005, passed by the Regional Joint Director of School Education, whereunder, the proposal of respondent No.3 for appointment of the petitioner against aided vacancy has been rejected.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as sought for. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
