Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Andhra Pradesh. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed challenging the G.O.Ms.No.110, Home (General.A) Department, dated 26.04.2013.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in a batch of Writ Petitions viz., W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch, vide Common Order dated 31.10.2016, read with W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014, dated 13.04.2017, and this matter is squarely covered by the said orders.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Common Order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch read with W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014, dated 13.04.2017.
