THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21166 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Srinivasulu Kurra for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ...... to issue a Writ/ Order/ Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the application dt 24.05.2018 of the petitioner for deletion of his land to an extent of Ac.4-00 cents in Sy.No.351-2 of Merlapaka(V), Yerpedu(M), Chittoor District from prohibitory list under Section 22A of the Act as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction besides violation of Art 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application dt.24.05.2018 of the petitioner for deletion of his land to an extent of Ac.4-00 cents in Sy.No.351-2 of Merlapaka(V), Yerpedu(M), Chittoor District from prohibitory list under Section 22A of the Act......" . The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the application of the petitioner dated 24.05.2018 would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law and orders are passed expeditiously.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit application dated 24.05.2018 within four weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

(b) Respondents 2 and 3 consider and pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 24.05.2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months thereafter.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
