THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33299 of 2015 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner was that the Station House Officer, Jagadgirigutta, Cyberabad, the third respondent, and the Station House Officer, Addakula Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, the fifth respondent, were calling him to the police station and interfering with his life and liberty. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Addakula Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, furnished written instructions dated 14.10.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that no complaint had been received by the said police station against the petitioner and as no crime was registered against him, the question of his being called to the police station did not arise. The Sub-Inspector denied the allegation of the petitioner that his life and liberty were being interfered with.
Similarly, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jagadgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad, furnished written instructions dated 20.11.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he denied the allegation of the petitioner that the police of Jagadgirigutta interfered with his life and liberty. He further stated that the petitioner was never summoned to the police station at any point of time as no criminal case was registered against him. The allegations to the contrary made by the petitioner were categorically denied. The afore-stated stands of the third and fifth respondents, as put forth in the written instructions furnished to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, are taken on record. In the light thereof, no adjudication is warranted in this writ petition, which is accordingly closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
