2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

3 In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
