HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.24286 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 3rd and 4th respondents in registering a case as per the complaint made by the petitioner on 26.09.2019, as being illegal and arbitrary.
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 06.11.2019, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.23 of 2019 under Sections 447, 427, 506 read with 34 IPC of Huzurnagar police station on 27.09.2019. It is also further submitted that in the course of investigation, L.Ws-1 and 2 were examined and their statements were recorded and the case is under investigation for collection of documents. Having regard to the said submission made by way of written instructions and since the main grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
