THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21113 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners so also Sri P.Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 19.04.2016, in W.P.No.37810 of 2015 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with writ petition as material papers. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "The Writ Petition is accordingly allowed setting aside the impugned proceedings, dated 13.03.2014. The Grater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation shall reconsider the building permission application of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with the Grater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, and the rules and regulations framed thereunder. Pending Miscellaneous petitions, shall stand closed in the light of this final Order. No order as to costs."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 19.04.2016, , in W.P.No.37810 of 2015 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
