This appeal is filed against judgment and decree dated 30.09.2008, in O.S.No.31 of 2004 on the file of learned District Judge, East Godavari District Rajahmundry.

Sri Abhinand Kumar Shavili, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 06.02.2015, to the Registrar, wherein he has informed that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court and that therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the above-noted letter addressed by

learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
