THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24334 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not allotting paddy to it for custom milling for Kharif and Rabi season 2019-20.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

It is to be noted that allocation of paddy to the Rice Mills for custom milling after its procurement by the State is governed by G.O.Ms.No.17 dated 27.09.2019 particularly guidelines F and H of Annexure-IV appended thereto.

In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner subject to its eligibility in terms of the afore-stated G.O.
