Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

This criminal petition is filed under Section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail to petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4 in connection with Crime No. 225 of 2021 of Toopran Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307 read with Section 34 IPC and 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Court below granted bail to Accused No.1 on 26.11.2021 on certain condition in Crl.M.P.No.170 of 2021 in Crime No.225 of 2021. As such the petitioners case may be considered on the same conditions. 4.

Taking into consideration the fact that A1 is already enlarged on bail by the Court below, this Court deem it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 and the petitioners/A2 to A.4 shall be released on bail in connection with Crime No.170 of 2021 of Toopran Police Station, Medak District, on their executing personal bonds for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gajwel, Medak District. The petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Gajwel Police Station on every Saturday in between 10.00 AM to 12.00 noon till filing of the charge sheet. 5.
