HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2192 of 2014 ORDER:

Sri B. Rajeshwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, informed the Court that the main calendar case itself is disposed of whereunder the accused, including the petitioner, have been acquitted. Therefore, no further cause would survive in the revision case and the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
