Mr. Chetluru Sreenivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not want to press the Writ Petition and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
