I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed to condone the delay of 441 days in filing the main appeal.

In the affidavit filed in support of the application, the deponent has not shown any valid reasons explaining the inordinate delay of 441 days in filing the appeal.

Therefore, I do not see any valid ground to condone the delay of 441 days in filing the appeal. In the absence of the same, the application is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the I.A.No.1 of 2018 is dismissed. Consequently, appeal is also dismissed. No costs. Interim stay granted by this Court on 09-07-2018 in I.A.No.2 of 2018 stands vacated.
