THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.2710 of 2008 ORDER:

Mr.V.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died long ago and the legal representatives have not approached him to take steps for coming on record. Sri A.Rama Rao, learned Standing counsel for APSRTC relies upon the decisions of the Apex Court and also this Court and contends that either the petitioner or his legal representatives, if aggrieved by any decision taken by the Corporation, can work out the remedies in accordance with law laid down by the Apex Court and this Court in Managing Director, KSRTC Vs. New India Assurance Co. Ltd And another[1] and APSRTC Vs. B.Kanakaratnabai[2] . The submissions of the learned counsel for the parties are recorded.

The writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, leaving it open to the legal representatives of petitioner to pursue the remedy as submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC. No order as to costs.
