The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that without proper service of the provisional notice/show cause notice, the respondent-Municipality issued the impugned notice. bearing No.G/UC/23/2017, dated 01.06.2018 When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri V.Narasimha Goud, the learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority/R.2 and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipaity/R.1 that the impugned notice may be directed to be treated as a show cause notice/provisional notice and the petitioners herein may be permitted to submit explanation to the same for consideration by the respondents in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing to treat the impugned notice bearing No.G/UC/23/2017, dated 01.06.2018, as provisional notice/show cause notice and it is open for the petitioners herein to submit their explanation with supporting material, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and if any such explanation is filed, within

the time stipulated above, the same be considered and appropriate further action be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Till such exercise is completed, no coercive action shall be taken with regard to subject property.
