THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.712 OF 2012 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in laying drainage pipeline through the plot Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6 in survey No.48, in MCK Block No.2, Hydernagar Village, Kukatpally Municipality, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, belonged to the petitioner and his family members as bad, illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondent authorities not to lay any drainage pipeline through the above said plots owned and possessed by the petitioner and his family members in the interest of justice. Heard and perused the material.

When the case is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Municipal Corporation submits that there is no such proposal of laying drainage pipeline through the land of the petitioner and his family members as stated by the petitioner. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, the writ petition is disposed of.
