When the matter was listed on 20.11.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 27.11.2018. Even today, when the matter is taken up, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the same, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Company Petition.
