This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.30830 of 2015 in WP No.23788 of 2015 dated 11.8.2015.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the 2nd respondentDirector of the State Council of Research & Training, Telangana State, Hyderabad, enclosing a copy of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.462 of 2015 and batch dated 23.7.2015. The penultimate paragraph of the said judgment reads as under :

" We observe that if the students who are admitted for the academic year 2013-14 without approval, approach the concerned institutions for refund of fees/incidental charges paid by them for admission etc., the management of the institutions shall refund the entire fees/incidental charges, collected by them from the students with interest at 6% per annum within three months from the date request for refund is made."

While referring to the same, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the present Contempt Case can be closed.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, and the respondents stand discharged. Miscellaneous petitions

pending, if any, shall stand closed.
