Aggrieved by the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in harassing the petitioner to go to her parents house against her will in pursuant to FIR No.109/2018, dated 25.05.2018, this Writ Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 3 & 4 are not harassing the petitioner and now the petitioner is free and that since the FIR No.109 of 2018 itself is closed, Writ Petition can be closed.

The parents of the petitioner along with her younger brother were also present and they are worried about the petitioner, but petitioner wants to live separately and pursue her studies. Admittedly, the petitioner is a major, aged 26 years and completed her M.Tech in the year 2016 itself and it is for her to understand the agony of parents and act accordingly. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
