THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.3351 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the unsuccessful petitioner is directed against the order, dated 05.08.2014, of the learned IX Additional District Judge, Chittoor, passed in IA.no.15 of 2014 in AS.no.47 of 2014.

When the revision is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication and that therefore the civil revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

The note of the Registry also reflects that the afore-said Appeal Suit itself was dismissed on 12.04.2016.

In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the CRP shall stand closed. ____________________ M.SEETHARAMA MURTI, J 19.09.2017 Vjl
