THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8726 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.1 in Crime.No.342 of 2023 on the file of Bhupalpally Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District, registered for the offences under Sections 294-B, 323 and 306 r/w. 511 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The petitioner is arrayed as A-1 in the crime registered for the offences under Sections 294-B, 323 and 306 r/w. 511 of IPC. It is alleged in the complaint that this petitioner and others abused the victim in filthy language and beat her suspecting that she has committed theft of money from the grocery shop. Aggrieved by the said

beating, victim tried to commit suicide by consuming rat poison.

As seen from the record, the petitioner was remanded on 10.08.2023. From the remand report, it is seen that major part of the investigation is complete. In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner, subject to following conditions:

i) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate at Bhupalpally.

ii) The petitioner/Accused No.1 after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer at 10:00 a.m. on every Monday for a period of eight weeks or till the charge sheet is filed, whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation.

iii) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
